Miley Cyrus may be courting controversy in order to propel her career forward, but, her Beyonce dis package is not true. The 21 year-old singer had been quoted as saying that she is the “new” package, the one not spoiled by childbirth and all the peripheral damage that causes. Sounds catty, egotistical and controversial. Unfortunately it is not true.
While Miley Cyrus continues to embrace her new bad girl image, Selena Gomez has stuck to her “goody-two-shoes” roots. In a recent radio interview by Gomez, she described her action and image as being PG-13 as opposed to Miley’s somewhat more hard-core image.
No one likes a hypocrite, much less someone who is two-faced. Miley Cyrus’ very public social media feud with Sinead O’Connor has seen her talking trash on her Twitter account repeatedly. She has made fun of the 46 year-old Irish singer who she claimed was her inspiration forWrecking Ball. Her behaviour on Twitter has been horrible, but not on the Today Show.
The Miley Cyrus vs Sinead O’Connor social network feud that started with an open letter from O’Connor to Miley via the Irish singer’s Facebook page has shifted up a gear. Sinead decided to leave the old fashioned Facebook to continue the battle between old and young.
It seems like 2013 is the year of social media battling between celebrities. Twitter feuds are all the vogue with newer celebs; Kanye West vs Jimmy Kimmel, Rihanna vs Teyana Taylor and Amanda Bynes vs everybody. Of course we now know that poor Amanda was suffering from a couple of mental disorders so that explains her feuding.
