Gotham: Origins With Attitude

Gotham: Origins With Attitude

FOX crime drama Gotham features a comic book set of origins with attitude. This show feels like a cross between Rockstar Games’ L.A. Noire and Frank Miller’s Sin City sans Marv. Although the premiere episode feels more like the video game story of a brave cop starting on a jaded police force. Of course Gotham City is not Los Angeles and the fictional town of Bruce Wayne and Commissioner Gordon feels more like New York than the city of angels.

‘Sin City: A Dame to Kill For’ Rodriguez Rocks it (Video)

The long awaited Sin City sequel A Dame to Kill For is a pretty satisfying follow up to the original and Robert Rodriguez rocks it without a doubt. Frank Miller’s dark graphic novel never looked so good. In terms of appearance that much is very true. The 3D aspect makes it feel as though the film is being viewed from within.

Bunraku (2010)

A little deviation from the world cinema train. Bunraku feels like it should fall under that category. Here’s a link to the trailer – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jVabHV…
