Surprisingly, big John Wayne fan that Garry is, he like this remake and so did I. But I really like Jeff Bridges. He’s good.

I read quite a few of his earlier works such as The Rats, The Dark and The Fog. I fell off reading him around the time Fluke was released. So true, he will be missed.

I just purchased his last book, Ash. One of my favourite characters was David Ash. He was (Herbert) so good at writing horror. Such a shame. Thanks for the heads-up by the way.
