Reacher Season 3 Episode 6 starts out with Beck spelling it out for McCabe. Beck is in real trouble here. He has; not once, but twice, endangered the deal made by McCabe with the Russian mob. Beck is now on notice; fix the problems or else be removed with extreme prejudice. Starting with your son.
The story continues
Reacher gets “made” and has to do a Predator, mud face mask and body cover, to escape. He goes on the run only for McCabe’s goons to catch up and instantly regret their early arrival. Duffy and Villanueva arrive in time to rescue Reacher.
Two of McCabe’s goons torture Warrant Officer Powell to death. McCabe forces the two Becks; Jr and Sr to play a game. Richard is made to play Russian Roulette. Quinn/McCabe then settles for the younger Beck’s other ear.
Theresa is still missing although Duffy and Reacher are getting closer.
Another pair of goons visit Neagley, but she out maneuvers them.

Outstanding moments:
Reacher taking the plow truck out of the shed and narrowly missing Paulie. *It is a good thing he did miss, as big as Paulie is, he might have, at the very least, slowed it down.*
Negley and the dying potential assassin in the breakroom. “Call me an ambulance. Okay,” says Negley, “You’re an ambulance.”
Reacher in the Laundromat. “Good coffee. Of course the last coffee I had was from a cat’s arsehole.”
Duffy on the ship. Theresa is long gone: “I think this captain should go down with his ship.”
After the boat and Harley’s crispy death. Reacher, to Duffy: “Stop sneaking peeks.”
the verdict
Reacher, in episode 6 is rocking along at a full head of steam. 5 stars holds steady here. Reacher and Duffy are heading to Los Angeles and I am beginning to wonder if Villanueva is playing off side. The phone conversations are worrying and he does keep turning up at awkward times.
