Saturday Night Live: James Franco Third Time Lucky

Just when it seems that Saturday Night Live has been shooting comedy blanks this season, James Franco shows up for his third time hosting the show and luckily for fans of the show, this was one of the funniest episodes this year. This is one time that the makers of SNL got almost everything right. Franco’s monologue may not have been hysterically funny, but the addition of Seth Rogen guaranteed that the audience would get a charge out of seeing the two “BFFs” together for an impromptu riff on the Sony leak.

The Skeleton Twins: We Are Family (Review and Trailer)

The Skeleton Twins being released on digital HD seems a good a time as any to look at the Saturday Night Live alum picture with its “we are family” message.Starring Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig, the film was directed by Craig Johnson (in his second feature film in the driver’s seat), who also co-wrote the screenplay with Mark Heyman (Black Swan, Cha Cha de los Chans), the film stars the two former SNL entertainers as estranged siblings who avoid death at roughly the same time and attempt to reconnect afterward.

Kim Kardashian has put her bare bottom, covered in oil, out there for the world to see and this tacky photo has created a turbulent whirlwind of controversy as the image was meant to “break” the internet when it appeared. While there is no real evidence that the magazine photo for Paper (whose theme for this issue was “Break the Internet) broke anything, it has certainly put Kardashian right out where she likes to be, semi-naked and on the net. In keeping with the usual fanfare surrounding a Kim Kardashian picture where she shows off inappropriate bits of her body, there has been a lot of fun poked at the reality TV star.

James Franco Latest Project a Catchy Commercial for Droid Turbo (Video)

Okay, so everyone knows that James Franco is still vying for the “Busiest Man in Hollywood Award” and his latest project is, no surprise here at all, a catchy commercial for Droid Turbo by Motorola. The best bud of Seth Rogen has made a number of cell phone advertisements, and why not. At the rate that James works, he can probably knock a record number of these one minute ads out in a day, or two.

Taylor Swift is a lot of things, beautiful, talented, a singer who rules the charts and whose fans adore her, she is now proving that she might just have a talent for comedy when she dressed down to be on Jimmy Fallon’s Tonight Show. The 24 year-old singer is playing dressup, or down, to appear on the comedy sketch “teen show” EW! and she’ll be joining the ranks of Seth Rogen and Zac Efron who have already shown up on the “program.”
