Over the weekend the GTA V Online
Multiplayer patch title updates for PS3 and Xbox 360 were made available for downloading. Despite promising that the patch would fix most common issues, there are still a number of players experiencing problems. Most noticeably the character loss problem, which Rockstar are now saying could be the player’s fault.
GTA V 15 Online Multiplayer Server Issues That Still Need to Be Fixed
Despite Rockstar Games working around the clock to solve all the server issues, there are still 15 problems that need to be fixed. On top of the server issues, other problems still continue after the PS3 patch download was made available. But it does appear that the ongoing issues may be interconnected with the server problems.

Rockstar Games have thanked everyone for being patient with the problems encountered so far by gamers who have had issues with the GTA V Online Multiplayer mode. It now seems that as well as the common issues that the company attempted to fix with a downloadable PS3 patch, that there are server issues which are frustrating fans of the game.
