The Walking Dead Midseason Finale: Tanks for the Memories
The journey in the first half of season four in The Walking Dead has been an almost languid experience. The midseason finale ended that laid back almost somnambulistic pace of the prior two Governor focussed episodes and ended with a bang, or two, as the creators gave a metaphorical “tanks for the memories” moment in the middle of the season.
The Walking Dead Indifference: Duality Is Scary and Not Welcome
The general consensus is that Carol in The Walking Dead is a sort of earth mother all caring and sharing, but, her role as survivor “mommy” has a scary duality and Rick shows in Indifference that it is not welcome at the camp anymore. It last week’s episode we learn along with Rick that she will do anything to protect the their dwindling group. Even murder and burn two survivors who caught the “walker flu.”
The Walking Dead Season Four Episode Three Isolation One is the Loneliest Number
The Walking Dead season four, episode three is titled Isolation. It could have been called “One is the Loneliest Number.” While the title seems to be referencing the isolation that our survivors are having to endure to keep the flu from spreading, it also means the conditions that the group are living in
The Walking Dead: Evolution is a B*tch
The season premiere of The Walking Dead has given fans their AMC fix. Since Breaking Bad finished, and let’s face it we can only deconstruct that show so many times before it becomes tedious, AMC’s undead series was just what the doctor ordered. The first thing that we learned by the episodes finish was that it looks like evolution has begun and it is a b*tch.
