Philip Seymour Hoffman Death Similar to John Belushi
While the Independent Spirit Awards paid tribute to the passing of three entertainment professionals who made an impact in the world of independent films, the cause of death for Philip Seymour Hoffman was revealed to be similar to that of John Belushi. A toxic mixture of heroin and cocaine – otherwise known as a “speedball” combined with amphetamine, and benzodiazepine all contributed to the award winning actor’s accidental demise.
Kendall Jenner Nipples Not Welcome on Instagram
Kendall Jenner appeared at the Marc Jacobs Fall Fashion show nipples exposed in a sheer, might as well not been there, top and in less than one day Instagram decided that the 18 year-old’s lady bits were not welcome on their site. It is not clear, at first, why the picture sharing website decided to delete the photos. Certainly no one from the Jenner/Kardashian camp were perturbed by the sight of Kendall’s nipples on display. Jenner’s mother Kris posted her own snaps of her daughter in the risque outfit and these too were taken down.
Taylor Swift Dissed by Victoria’s Secret Model
On Wednesday November 13 Taylor Swift performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show at the 69th Regiment Armory in New York City. One of the Victoria’s Secret models actually dissed Taylor after the show. Swift showed off those long tanned legs while she performed and her modelling friends had nothing but praise for the singer.
YouTube First Annual Music Awards Featuring Big Names and Surprises
The first YouTube annual music awards ceremony on November 3 is featuring some big names and some big suprises. With the Google owned site moving into the paid digital music arena they are focussing on pulling in more mainstream, big name artists for their potential audience. Arcade Fire, Eminem and Lady Gaga are just three examples of the calibre of entertainer that will be there on the night of the YouTube Music Video Awards debut.
Madonna wants her fans to revolt or at least join the revolution. She is asking them to join her new project which began life as #secretprojectrevolution. She later changed the name to Art for Freedom. She has requested that her fans put forward original projects from music, poetry, photography or videos that relate a message
