Kanye West Plea Bargain Leaves Him Open to Lawsuit

Kanye West entered a plea of no contest to the battery charges brought against him for the assault of paparazzi Daniel Ramos in 2013; the rapper has missed any jail time as his lawyer set up a plea bargain which leaves him open to a lawsuit by the pap photographer. Despite the deal struck by his legal rep, West is still on a two year probation and must have anger management counseling as well as 250 hours of community service.

He checked himself out early and has declared that he is an outpatient attending anger management classes. After Brown was arrested for misdemeanor assault on Sunday, and his release from jail on Monday, the singer checked himself into rehab. He has acknowledged that anger management is not his forte. Unfortunately, in the process of getting his “focus” back, he has pulled a Halloween “trick” on his fans who were expecting to see him perform at the event.

In what appears to be a pre-emptive move, Chris Brown has voluntarily entered rehab in an attempt to avoid a jail sentence. Brown’s rep announced on Tuesday via a statement that the singer had decided after his release from jail on Monday to work on his alleged anger management problem.
